Mamma Onesta’s Italian Restaurant opened in Lockport, Illinois on March 19, 2008. Mamma Onesta’s translates to “Honest Mother” in Italian. The restaurant was named after Frank’s mother, a hard working and honest woman, Erminia DeGrassi. A second Mamma Onesta’s location was established in Canton, Georgia on July 10, 2017.
